Pamora Chicken with Green peas, Carrots and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
Pamora Free-range Chicken – approx. 1.5 kg. (cut into pieces of your desired size)
Bacon slab – 50g.
Green peas – 500g.
Carrots – 250g (cut into diced or your desired shape)
Bottom Mushroom – 250g (cut into two)
Onions – 150g. (sliced for stir frying)
Salt
Pepper
Grated Nutmeg
Cooking oil
Water – 4 cups
Cooking procedure:
- Heat up cooking oil in a fry pan then add bacon slab and onions to stir-fry.
- Next, pour in the chicken and continue stir-fry till meat is golden brown.
- Add on water, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and let cook in low fire for 15 minutes.
- Then add on green peas, carrots, mushroom and let cook for another 15 minutes in low fire.
- Best served with sauce separately. Can be accompanied by rice or French bread.
