Pamora Chicken with Green peas, Carrots and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
Pamora Free-range Chicken – approx. 1.5 kg. (cut into pieces of your desired size)
Bacon slab – 50g.
Green peas – 500g.
Carrots – 250g (cut into diced or your desired shape)
Bottom Mushroom – 250g (cut into two)
Onions – 150g. (sliced for stir frying)
Salt
Pepper
Grated Nutmeg
Cooking oil
Water – 4 cups

Cooking procedure:
  1. Heat up cooking oil in a fry pan then add bacon slab and onions to stir-fry.
  2. Next, pour in the chicken and continue stir-fry till meat is golden brown.
  3. Add on water, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and let cook in low fire for 15 minutes.
  4. Then add on green peas, carrots, mushroom and let cook for another 15 minutes in low fire.
  5. Best served with sauce separately. Can be accompanied by rice or French bread.
