Ingredients:
Pamora Free-range Chicken – approx. 1.2 kg. (cut into pieces of your desired size)
Green Papaya – approx. 500g. (cut into 2 inches rectangular shape)
Chili green leaves – 200-300g.
Onion – 150g. (sliced for stir frying)
Ginger – 150g. (sliced for stir-frying)
Salt
Pepper
Cooking oil
Water – 4 to 5 cups
Cooking procedure:
- Pre-heat cooking oil in a big fry pan or casserole. Stir-fry the onions, then the ginger and then the chicken until light golden brown.
- Once the chicken is lightly golden brown, add the green papaya and stir-fry for about two minutes.
- Add water to boil. Avoid that the green papaya be over cooked.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Lastly add the chili leaves. Best served with rice.
